Policies & Procedures

We encourage all our nursery teams to be fantastically creative in the activities they plan for the children. In this way we continually extend their learning and development.

However it is important that we have clear standards reflected in Policies and Procedures for key aspects of the nursery day. Policies reflect our position on certain issues covering everything from Uniform to Confidentiality. Procedures cover all basic tasks which make up the day including for example Nappy Changing, Medication Procedure, Supervising Garden Play, or Child Arrival and Departure.

All our Policies and Procedures are available for Parents to study at the Nursery. They are kept under review and improved where possible over time and discussed with parents at our Parent Lin Meetings. Please ask to see them when you visit the nursery.
