The Team

The team at Major Minors Lightwater are commited to do the best for your child.  They are a small team working closely together to create a seamless transition for your child as they grow and develop from baby, to toddler, to a real ‘little person’ ready for school.

The Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager oversee the day to day running of the nursery supported by our Operations Director, who regularly visits the nursery to support the team with continual quality improvement.  Each age group of children has its own team who are focused on the particular stage of your child’s development.  We also support the professional development of our teams to ensure they are fully aware of current best practice.
