We are very committed to a close partnership with Parents and we provide and receive feedback on a daily basis. Sometimes Parents will want to express their appreciation through a card or letter, or even a poem!

Koby has been incredibly happy at your nursery which shows in his character and happy nature. You have some lovely staff and I know Koby will miss them a lot. Additionally, you have been absolutely fantastic with his gluten-free diet so please forward on my compliments to your chef and kitchen staff. It is a very happy environment with staff who not only keep on top of all the latest developments in early years care but really care about the welfare of each individual child. All the staff know the children by name (not just those in their care) and treat them like individuals really listening to their needs.

The staff consistently go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure your child has a fun, educational and relaxed time. They actually seem to love being with the kids! My children have always been welcomed with open arms and a big smile which makes the awful job of leaving them a million times better. The playrooms are awash with colour and the staff are ingenious with their activities. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Major Minors provides a welcoming, friendly and caring environment for our children. All the staff are dedicated and well trained and create a fun and stimulating environment for the children. Our children have been at nursery from 6 months old and I have always had the utmost confidence in the care they receive. They have grown up in nuturing, friendly surroundings that have given them the best possible start in life.

Dear Everyone at Major Minors, Thank you very very much for looking after Jack so wonderfully. You run the best nursery for miles around and Jack has always loved coming – he’s been immensely happy and I’m sure would really want to stay. But he now moves on to his brother’s school and has to leave you. He’s going to miss you a lot and so am I. It’s an enormous relief for any Mum to find somewhere she can leave her baby and be happy about it! Well he’s no baby any more now but we’ll remember you with fond memories – he’ll miss your songs and stories but especially your meal times!
