The Team

The Team at Major Minors are fun! We search for the best people we can find, reward them accordingly and try to keep them for ever! There are a number who have been at the nursery from the start and have had great satisfaction from seeing some of the children and their siblings arrive as infants and leave to go to school very capable and mature.

We have a Nursery Manager and Deputy who oversee the day to day running of the nursery, supported by an administrator. Major Minors is also one of the few nurseries you will find that employs a qualified Teacher to oversee the nursery education. Each age group of children has it’s own team who are committed to that particular stage in the child’s development. We also support the professional development of the Team to ensure they are aware of following best practice.

In tune with our musical theme we have a number of members of the Team who play instruments and at Christmas we create a concert by the older children accompanied by some of the Team.
