Major Minors Nurseries: Dorking

The Team

The Team at Major Minors are fun! We search for the best people we can find, reward them accordingly and then try to keep them for ever! When we opened the nursery in July 2008 we were lucky that there was a small team of long serving senior people from our Caring Daycare nursery in Dorking who wished to be promoted to more senior roles in the new nursery. They have been able to open the nursery and to train new members of the Team to the high standards we demand from the first day.

We have a Nursery Manager and Deputy who oversee the day to day running of the nursery supported by a central administration team. Each age group of children has it’s own team who are committed to that particular stage in your child’s development. We also support the professional development of the Team to ensure they are fully aware of current best practice.
