Salary Band Guidance
Our nurseries operate in a range of locations and vary in size from 40 to 140 places. As a result the range of experience and seniority can also vary quite widely. The salary of a Room Supervisor in Midhurst will vary to that of a Room Supervisor in Major Minors or Guildford where the rooms are larger and there are a greater number of children and colleagues to manage.
However if you are looking to join us, or having seen a vacancy wish to see what level of salary may be relevant to that post we have below set out some broad salary bands for the key grades in the nurseries. These have to be a range as each candidate is rewarded in line with their qualifications and extent of practical experience.

| Senior Early Years Practitioners | £15,000 to £17,000 pa |
| Early Years Practitioners Level 3 | £13,500 to £15,000 pa |
| Early Years Practitioners Level 2 | £12,500 to £13,500 pa |
| Unqualified Early Years Practitioners | £10,500 to £12,500 pa |
