Investors in People
We have been recognised as an Investor in People for 6 years now. Each individual nursery is recognised in their own right for the policies and procedures we have that demonstrate our commitment to our teams. Each assessment we have had focuses on reviewing the evidence that those commitments have been put into practice, through selective audit and random interviews with people across the nurseries. New Starters, Teachers, Nursery Assistants, Long Serving people, everyone has the chance to tell the assessor what it is really like working for Caring Daycare. We are proud of our continuing recognition.
We recognise that everyone makes a contribution to our success both as a childcare organisation and for the children. Everyone has an equal voice in steering the future development. Through effective induction on joining, regular Team meetings, appraisal and training we make sure there are opportunities for all to achieve their full potential.
