Philosophy of Care

Caring Daycare has a belief in the benefits children enjoy from the creative interaction with other children. This is based on the approach that every child is inherently good and through praise and challenging stimulation we can bring out the best in each individual child. We are committed to providing every child with a loving environment where they know they are accepted and cherished, just as they are at home.

In the Entrance of each nursery you will find this approach summarised in our Philosophy of Care:

Every child is an individual and will be cared for with understanding and respect at all times
Children at Caring Daycare are given freedom to express themselves within a planned and safe environment and to develop naturally at their own pace
Activities are designed to generate confidence, trust and independence to prepare each child to be comfortable in any situation.
A holistic approach to personal development is pursued to stimulate all the senses and to prompt the natural development of life skills.
Each individual child will have a Key Worker who will maintain progress and evaluation of the individual.
Parents will be involved in liaison evenings with Nursery Managers and their Teams to provide the opportunity to make suggestions and raise concerns
